These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RipeBanana website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RipeBanana provides Amazon inventory-intelligence tools, including product matching, inventory tracking, and ripeness, profitability, and opportunity signals. The Service offers analysis and estimates to support your decisions — it does not guarantee outcomes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering it, reselling access without authorization, scraping or overloading our systems, or using it to violate any law or third-party rights, including Amazon’s terms.

You retain ownership of the supplier lists and product data you upload. You grant RipeBanana a license to process that data to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ripeness signals, profit estimates, and Days-of-Cover figures are informational. Sourcing and purchasing decisions are yours alone. RipeBanana is not responsible for buying decisions made using the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, design, and the inventory-history dataset we build, is owned by RipeBanana and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RipeBanana will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to RipeBanana. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version.
